Silent Meditation Retreat

Please join our Sangha for our second traditional one day silent retreat with Dr. Mike and Jenelle Carberry. After taking noble silence we will engage in meditation, body awareness/yoga practices, dharma talks, private interviews, and a special sound bowl meditation by Brian Louderbough to close.

The day will focus on a variety of mindfulness and awareness-based meditations, with dharma talks around themes of strengthening our daily practices.

There will also be an opportunity to sign up for a private interview with Dr. Mike to discuss your personal practice.

Cost is $65 per person.
